BioRegional Quintain Limited is leading in the creation of sustainable communities throughout the UK by combining the comprehensive application of sustainability principles to a dynamic and innovative approach to property development.

The company is owned 50:50 by Quintain Estates and Development PLC and BioRegional Properties Ltd.

BioRegional-Quintain’s Brighton project is a development of 172 apartments plus office and community space, and is a joint venture with Crest Nicholson PLC.

It includes a community centre that will house a number of charitable organisations and provide a resource for local people to use.
